Span Blue designed and submitted a full planning application for a new two-bedroom detached dwelling on an underutilised side garden plot. The home was carefully shaped to replicate the neighbouring semi-detached pair in scale, form, roof pitch, eaves, ridge height and fenestration—creating a natural continuation of McMahon Road.
The planning submission addressed residential amenity, fabric-first sustainability, access, drainage and biodiversity net gain from the outset, with a coordinated package of measured plans, proposed drawings, site layout and planning statement.
