The original timber-framed windows had been replaced without the necessary planning consent, so the owner required a retrospective application to regularise the work. Span Blue carefully recorded the existing stone terrace and every replacement window across its front, rear and side elevations.
The final package combined existing and proposed elevations with detailed window drawings, recording dimensions, opening configurations and frame materials. The application gave the council an unambiguous basis for assessment and was accepted, providing certainty over the property’s planning status.
