Span Blue was appointed to design and deliver a 10m × 4m side extension to a residential property on Glebe Crescent. The site demanded careful coordination around an established hedgerow, an existing foul-water manhole and external ventilation terminals, while the previously completed extension established the maximum height for the proposal.
We surveyed the property in detail, identified the original materials and developed a design that respects the drainage, planting and roofline constraints while matching the character and finish of the existing home.
